Made from white porcelain. The Kina series features a textural relief design with a clear glaze inside and outside. The oval shape  of this jug/vase is based on the bowls in the same range. Each piece comes in a double-walled box with an image of the design on the lid and a story about the meaning of the design on the box bottom – as well as a story card inside about the artist Jo Luping (Wellington).

These pieces feature irregularities in both shape and form; this is part of the organic nature of the collection.
