Wall art panel: a pair of kororā/Little Penguin

This piece was created by Kay Satherley; a local artist and trained volunteer guide of Tiritiri Matangi Island. Kay has had a long career as an artist and she began painting on silk over a decade ago. Her original works are inspired by her love of the natural world, especially the species she sees on the Island.

She created a range of prints from her silk paintings which are applied to a special material that enable them to be displayed anywhere: indoor, outdoor, decks, verandas, garden walls, kitchens or bathrooms etc. 

We sell the medium and small sizes through the Tiritiri Matangi Island Shop - see pictures. All proceeds go towards the conservation & education projects of the Supporters of Tiritiri Matangi.

• Holes could also be drilled in the corners and screws used to attached to outdoor surfaces
