Our shop sells a wide range of quality products which are sourced from NZ businesses as well as our creative volunteers! Profits from shop sales go directly back to funding conservation and education projects on the island.

Gift Certificates
– Purchase in our “on-island” physical shop OR email retail@tiritirimatangi.org.nz
– Can be emailed or posted to recipient or collected from the shop on-island
– Redeem in store on Tiritiri Matangi Island only
Unfortunately vouchers cannot be used to pay for ferry, guided walk or bunkhouse bookings and cannot be exchanged for cash.

We have partnered with NZ Post to deliver your orders both domestically and internationally.
For delivery within NZ:
Self select from a range of shipping options during checkout. Choose the service suited to your needs:
- rural or non-rural (NZ wide) delivery
- courier/tracked services
- letter post available for calendars
For international delivery:
Single calendar purchases via letter post are available to most regions.
If you are interested in other products or tracking options please get in touch with your postal address and we can provide quotes/shipping options.
For delivery to the United States and US territories
Please email retail@tiritirimatangi.org.nz for quotes/shipping options to these regions.

Exchanges, Returns or Faulty Items
We are happy to assist you with any issues and will always fulfil our obligations under the consumer guarantees act. Please send us an email or call us with your enquiry.
Exchanges are available within 14 days of original purchase, proof of purchase is essential and customer to cover postage costs.
We don’t offer refunds for change of mind purchases.
