Your Christmas Shopping for a Song

Aka - The Grand Christmas Shopping Expedition to Tiritiri Matangi Island Shop

Are you dreading the prospect of Christmas shopping?

Why shop with all the high anxiety of difficult parking and crowded malls when you can come and do your Christmas shopping on Tiritiri Matangi Island.

On Tiritiri, a beautiful island sanctuary in the middle of the Hauraki Gulf, not only will you find a great range of good quality gifts at very reasonable prices, but you will also be helping to fund our conservation and education work – all our profits go back to Tiritiri.

A day’s shopping trip to Tiritiri leaving Downtown Auckland at 9am and Gulf Harbour at 9:50am with 360 Discovery will leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated rather than frazzled and frustrated.

When coming out to do your Christmas shopping you will receive a free guided walk (when spending $100 or more), free tea and coffee while you shop, plenty of help if you want it and be accompanied by the birdsong of tui, kokako, tieke, hihi, North Island robin, bellbird and more.

We have something for everyone in the shop and most of our products are made in New Zealand, a large range of ceramics from mugs to wall ornaments, bags, tee shirts, toys, tiles, beautiful NZ jewellery, socks, books (a great range of children’s books), soft toys, magnifying glasses and so much more. Eftpos and credit cards accepted.

We will take all your purchases back to the ferry for you so you will be free to have a quiet walk in the afternoon. The ferry departs Tiritiri at 3:30pm arriving at Gulf Harbour at 4pm and Downtown Auckland at 4:50pm.

We would love to see you on Tiritiri – when booking your ferry trip with 360 Discovery also pay for your guided walk and once you are up at the shop show us your ticket and we will take the guiding fee off the cost of your purchases. Of course you don’t have to have a guided walk, you can just enjoy the beauty and peace of the island in your own time.

Some feedback from our happy 2016 Expeditionists:
"I was so spoilt for choice, more ideas for gifts than I could have imagined."
"It was great to find quality NZ-made presents that I've seen nowhere else - great prices too."
"I walked/floated away feeling so pleased that all my Xmas shopping was done - and I'd also supported an amazing conservation project."

* Free guided walk when you spend $100 or more in the shop.
