New bequests initiative
Date posted: 09-Sep-2013Watch out for coverage in the national media this week for a new campaign by 'Include a Charity' to promote giving by bequests. The Supporters have not previously campaigned for bequests, but we welcome this initiative which will help to secure the future of many charitable organisations.
Like other charities, we see the need to have a diverse range of financial support and bequests are particularly helpful as they are rarely affected by the peaks and troughs of economic cycles.
