Coprosma rhamnoides

Coprosma rhamnoidesA small leaved, shrub with an intensely divaricating habit growing to 2m.

The small, pale cream flowers are dioecious (i.e. either male or female) and occur on separate plants. Pollination is by wind. It hybridises freely with others of the genus.

Berries are about 4mm diameter and from claret red to almost black.
